eNilsson is an international web application company with clients in a broad range of fields from politics to academia who all love to get products with that sizzle that makes using them fun.
We need a PHP developer to manage our Tegel CMS product, which is a CodeIgniter/AJAX mashup, producing new sites and enhancing its feature set. Expertise in web standards compliant XHTML, CSS and Javascript is a must. You will also be spending time on Struktor, our AMFPHP application platform, so your PHP kung-fu needs to be OOP all the way and some skills or experience in any of the following would be most excellent; MVC frameworks (CodeIgniter, Cake etc), MySQL, Web services, AMFPHP, SOAP, Linux and Amazon Web Services.

Project Manager - Boston (Westford, MA)
eNilsson is seeking a PHP developer who enjoys interacting directly with clients and managing projects both large and small. Our position will have the following responsibilities:
Client Management
- Manages day-to-day client interaction.
- Sets and manages client expectations.
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
Project Management
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Manages budgets against expenditures.
PHP Development
- Possesses general skills in the areas of PHP application programming, microarchitectures (Cairngorm), custom AS3 components, states and transitions, and AMFPHP.
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
Dream Candidate
In addition to the skills listed above, our dream candidate would have the following skills:
