McCain 2008 partners with eNilsson to automate campaign logistics

May 22, 2008

Washington DC, March  20, 2008 – Senator John McCain, the Republican Party’s presumptive presidential candidate, is partnering with eNilsson to automate and manage campaign logistics work-flow.

Using a highly customized version of eNilsson’s Elephant Scheduler, the McCain 2008 campaign will utilize dashboards and reports to:

  • accept, deny, or delegate thousands of incoming event requests,
  • deploy and track surrogates based on media market needs,
  • manage physical movements of candidates, surrogates and their staff.

“Elephant Scheduler is really a game changing technology platform for a political campaign,” says Erik Nilsson, founder of eNilsson. “Before now, no campaign has ever tracked a campaign event from the moment a request is submitted to a campaign, all the way through the scheduling process, advance team planning, and event execution in a single web-based logistics system. For the first time, everyone in the campaign really is working from the same page.”
