eNilsson's ElephantTrakker spawns a company

Boston MA - Sometimes a product takes on a life of its own. This is what happened with ElephantTrakker, eNilsson's fundraising platform. ElephantTrakker has gone from simply a product to being a leading on-demand fundraising service used across the American political spectrum.
ElephantTrakker, which started out as basic Oracle donor database in 2004, has grown organically and profitably to now support tens of thousands of fundraisers and more than $100 million in donations. In late 2008 eNilsson decided that the ElephantTrakker needed its own team focused entirely on ElephantTrakker clients and R&D.
The stars must have been aligned because at about same time, a great group of investors approached eNilsson about acquiring ElephantTrakker to be used as the foundation for a new company called BlueSwarm, This may have been the easiest deal ever done.
BlueSwarm LLC was successfully launched in early 2009 and has already signed up a number of Governor's races and a state party for the the upcoming 2010 election cycle... We are very proud parents.
